Evaluations - surveys and focus groups
My concern is to help clients achieve their goals and, in doing so, get the best from their members, staff and other key stakeholders.
My starting point is always to meet with a potential client to clarify desired outcomes. In the light of these, I will then submit a detailed costed proposal.
The proposal might be for an awayday or overnight retreat. Equally it might be for a series of short meetings. It might involve teambuilding as part of a retreat. It might involve use of Rainbow-Plus ™ at either a group or individual level. It might entail evaluations using focus groups and/or surveys.
