Whatever an organisation’s goals, or means of achieving them, it is impossible to overemphasise the importance of ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
Surveys and focus groups, especially when used in tandem, are particularly powerful evaluation tools. I am extremely experienced in the use of both and also offer both as stand alone services.
